fakeroot_1.14.4-1ubuntu1_i386.deb
libaudio2_1.9.2-3_i386.deb
libmng1_1.0.10-1_i386.deb
libqt4-dbus_4.7.0-0ubuntu4_i386.deb

libqtgui4_4.7.0-0ubuntu4_i386.deb
libvncserver0_0.9.7-2_i386.deb
patch_2.6-2ubuntu1_i386.deb
You can download from http://repo.ugm.ac.id/apt-web.
Important :
Please don't download these files :
virtualbox-ose_3.1.6-dfsg-2uebuntu2_i386.deb
virtualbox-ose-dkms_3.1.6-dfsg-2ubuntu2.ll.deb
virtualbox-ose-qt_3.1.6-dfsg-2ubuntu2_i386.deb
Step 2
Download the latest version of VirtualBox for Linux host (10.04LTS i386 architecture) from official site here.
Step 3
Move all files into one folder, for example, /usr/src/virtualbox/. From your terminal window, just type the following command :
root@bt:~# cd /usr/src/virtualbox/
root@bt:/usr/src/virtualbox# dpkg -i *.deb
Step 5
After you have successfully installed VirtualBox, you can start from GNOME menu > Applications > System Tools > Oracle VM VirtualBox
Congratulations !!.
